Government Sponsored Food- Yuck

Many readers have asked The National Pulse, "What will be the result of the Health Care Reform bill that was so tyrannically pushed through Congress?" The answer to this question is simple. The bill was constructed to gain control of people's lives in ways to make them pay and owe the government for the rest of their lives (Never forget- The "toxic assets belong to the corporations that defrauded the world- not you). There are two ways government will accomplish this goal of pawning off the austerity measures on the American people. The first is through massive taxation. The second is through mass physical experimentation through the all-encompassing nanny state.

As the government is faced with growing non-compliance from the population, fewer and fewer people have filed for income taxes. The Health Care Reform Bill gives more power to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) by allowing them to enforce the mandate of health care for all Americans. According to estimates by the Joint Economic Committee and the House Ways and Means committee the IRS will have to hire 16,000 new people to handle the workload of enforcement. For the IRS (a private collection corporation), this will be a great boon for business, getting those who have previously dodged filing their income tax to have to participate in what Congressional dumbass Harry Reid called "our voluntary tax system."

The notion that the government can actually deliver quality health care is simply ludicrous. They cannot even convince an already skeptical public that a swine flu emergency is upon us and everyone should be vaccinated. They are so inept they couldn't even deliver the swine flu vaccine through the public school system and instead were left with millions of doses of unused vaccine that the government spent $232 million dollars buying. Watch and listen to Dr. Ron Paul (O.B.G.Y.N.), Congressman from Texas, talk about the fallacy of government being able to deliver health care.

Recently, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced its intent to lower the amount of salt in peoples' diets. While the FDA's slogan is to "protect and promote your health", all they really do is perform the same type of service for their master the large pharmaceutical and food companies that the IRS does for their overlord the Federal Reserve banks. They help to "regulate" and promote legislation that squeezes smaller producers out of the market, thereby helping their corporate masters. Like attacks dogs they impose all sorts of regulation fees on smaller producers in the name of safety. Meanwhile, the water is fluoridated, artificial sweeteners are causing disease, and growth hormones are contributing to tainted milk which can cause organ failure. Yet, the FDA, when it comes to actions that can truly help consumers and may harm their corporate masters financially, they stand silent.

And sometimes they actually go after those who want purity in their food, water, and milk, most likely at the behest of their behemoth corporate overlords. The evidence of collusion between the FDA and large corporate food companies is well documented.

Anyway, back to the FDA and the "special panel's" decision to lower the salt content in foods. Not only is salt necessary for the survival of all living beings because it regulates the fluids of the body, but it is a great natural preserver of food, specifically meat. It is true, high sodium levels can cause high blood pressure. However, the FDA's buddies in the artificial flavor industry will undoubtedly produce even worse physical ills with the criminalization of salt and the use of their products.

The FDA does not require companies to disclose the ingredients of their products as long as their products are "generally regarded as safe" (GRAS). This notation exempts the product from the Federal Food Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The FDA as watchdog of peoples' health is like the fox watching the hen house. By calling a pure, ancient compound like salt deadly, they pave the way for the FDA to start experimenting with all sorts of nanotechnology and genetically modified foods and flavorings. After all, in a totalitarian state, who will be able to stop them?

Michelle Obama, her fatass daughters, and the FDA all say it is good for you so eat it. When small business owners are not able to pay the huge nanny state tax applied to salt, food producers will resort to products that are cheaper and last longer, like mono-sodium glutamate (MSG). This will help the health industry and Big Pharma fight a whole bunch of new conditions and illnesses spawned as a result of poor nutrition. The American people should have known that the blame for the economic collapse could or could have not been blamed on them. The American people are waiting and the consequences of apathy are austerity measures. The large corporations are demanding sacrifice through sweetheart deals regardless of the human cost. the American people are going to have to swallow a lot of injustice. Too bad they won't even be able to put a pinch of salt on it.
