The Two-Pronged Approach to Restore the Legitimacy of the Failed Paper Reserve Currency

"In fact, this larger notion that the only thing we can do to restore prosperity is just dismantle government, refund everyone’s money, let everyone write their own rules, and tell everyone they’re on their own – that’s not who we are.  That’s not the story of America."

Barack Obama, a.k.a. Barry Soetoro, "Jobs" Speech, Joint Session of Congress,  9-8-11

Actually, in America, that is exactly who people think they are.  According to the well versed lie, when the oppression became intolerable (see Intolerable Acts), they told the King to stick it, went to war, and gained their independence.  Or did they?  The Treaty of Ghent after the War of 1812, signed overseas, would suggest different, and, upon examination of the current America's economic and legal system, the U.S. is merely an administrative faction operating under the government of the English monarchy who originally issued the charters to travelers that settled in America.  The British government, in turn, answers to or collaborates with a higher priestly caste.  But that is a subject for another piece. Every day, as NATO wages wanton war on a sovereign people, it becomes clearer how little autonomy and freedom remains in the world.

Under the guise of "protecting" the people, the established order is trying to control the inevitable economic collapse whereby they might retain control after all confidence is lost.  How will they do this?  Certainly, they don't plan on using sound economic theory.  It is well past that time.  According to the IMF's Christine Lagarde, the world "is collectively suffering from a crisis of confidence, in the face of a deteriorating economic outlook and rising concerns about the health of sovereigns and banks."

To fix this attitude, the elite powers will use their media manipulation superstructure to try and dissuade people from looking to alternative currencies to retain their wealth.  When this fails, governments will use force and the "rule of law" to fight people from opting out of their economic oppression (to read the Black's Law Dictionary of the "rule of law" see definiton of "rule" here and "law" here).

"After this achievement, American threats against Libya will double...The U.S. will make excuses, but the real reason is to stop this achievement, to keep the people of Libya oppressed."

-Moammar Gaddafi speaking at the gala opening of the Great Man-Made River Project Phase 1, 1991

Basically, the "rule of law" is the system of established standards, guides, and regulations which guide human conduct.  If we believe Texas Congressman and Presidential Candidtae Ron Paul, the rule of law is best defined as "regime uncertainty" as it opertains to business and risk /reward planning.  Ron Paul and others have expressed the need to restore the rule of law.

The National Pulse would suggest that the "rule of law" has never been usurped and has instead acted as the absurd backstop for all the bloosdshed and looting in recent years.  Whether in foreclosures or non-violent drug arrests, the establishment is able to manipulate the law to suit their desired ends.  Clearly, the rule of law isn't about justice, it is about power.  Empires throughout the centuries have borrowed legal precendent in the interest of retaining centralized authority.  This is why the Kahlsruhe declared the Eurpoean Union's extortion of the German people legal and White House counsel John Yoo declared the President justified in crushing a child's testicles if he so desired.
