The Necessary Right of Secession for Real Independence

The Obama Administration is bent on disarming the American people by ending the rights preserved in the Second Amendment. The war on drugs near the Mexican border is being used as the crisis/opportunity to infringe on Americans' right to protect themselves. If the state of Texas wishes to secede they need to only invoke their rights explicitly laid out in the Constitution.

In the Bill of Rights, Amendment X states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." If that is not clear enough, the National Pulse believes this explains very clearly, "Leave us alone!" This amendment was to ensure that if the government were to start illegal and immoral wars all over the globe, run up gigantic debts, and take away giant swaths of personal freedoms away in the process that each individual state is free to leave the union.

Obama's so-called "interpretations" of the Constitutions are meant to be egregiously in violation of the basic interpretation of the Constitution. Obama's reasoning is severely flawed. This lie will not be able to withstand the test of time.

"I continue to believe that we can respect and honor the Second Amendment right in our Constitution — the rights of sportsmen and hunters and homeowners that want to keep their families safe — to lawfully bear arms, while dealing with assault weapons that, as we know here in Mexico, are used to fuel violence," Obama said.

The rights guaranteed in the Second Amendment are not to protect peoples' rights to be sportsmen and hunters. Explicitly speaking, this amendment is to protect the people from government if it has run amok as it usually (as the founding fathers also thought) tends to do. There is no need to make sure people "lawfully" bear arms. If people commit crimes with a firearm, they should be held accountable for the crime they commit.

Federal prosecutors have already successfully ousted two democratically elected governors from their respected states. In New York, Eliot Spitzer was caught using a hooker's services. As a regular customer, this was shooting fish in a barrel. In Illinois, the ultra-ignorant Rod Blagojevich tried to take on a member of the global elite, the owner of the Bank of America (click here to watch Blagojevich hilariously try to end the state of Illinois' business with the Bank of America). Now, the governor of Texas is making officials in Washington sweat for alluding to Texas' right to secede.

In Hilary Clinton's neighborhood, apparently, criminals don't already have guns. "I think these assault weapons, these military style weapons, don’t belong on anyone’s street."

It does truly "take a village." However, Obama's strict government control of the economy that tries to take care of Americans from "cradle to grave" is, in the view of the National Pulse, a grave mistake that will result in a fascist nation of slaves.The National Pulse's opinion is a fundamental departure from the Obama's Administration's world view. The first opinion believes men that are born and stay free and the second believes men exist as property of the federal government.

The ends sought by the current U.S. administration have been cooking for a good long time. Obama's job is to act as the errand boy to bring the groceries back to the global elite who prefer to stay in the shadows away from scrutiny of the public. Here is a video of Robert Welch of the John Birch Society describing with precision the steps to be taken by the ruling elite to ultimately institute a communist state in America by gradually violating and confiscation of American rights. In this speech, given in 1974, Welch numbers a list sought by the international financiers. The plan for world domination; a communistic, fascistic state run by the elite amazingly wealthy few over the masses......

A quick note to all present Obama supporters who with their vote expected a return to peace in the world and America as an isolationist power reserving the right to live in peace. Iraq has been broken and there is nothing we can do about it now. Withdrawing American troops will not cause chaos. Chaos has already been created and can only be a tool with which to weaken Americans' own sovereignty and safety.
